foodings

So there's this really expensive but really delicious take-out and eat-in place in Notting Hill called Ottolenghi. Their best dish by far is their mega-spectacular rice. The last time it was bequeathed upon me I decided to pick apart all of the ingredients to get the heart of the recipe.

I think I did pretty darn good.





(on the side I just roasted some eggplant and zucchini and put a yogurt and herb sauce over them)
