Ste has been away on a research trip the past two weeks so I have had the challenge of all of a sudden only cooking for one. Besides re-evaluating portion size, some days I can't bring myself to cook just for myself..... but most of the time once I get cooking I'm happy with the results.
veggie sausages with cabbage and sweet potato mash and farmer's market salad
shrimp on a bed of sauteed tomatoes, mushroom and spring onion with asparagus
yum.
