american window shopping

Since I cannot get to some of my favorite American stores over here *cough, JCrew, cough*, I spend some time virtual window shopping on their websites. And I have to say that a few items from aforementioned store have burrowed their way into my brain...

I've had this in my shopping cart for ages. I do own one long knit dress I got from Gap in khaki green and I love it, and I really like the shape of this one.

I know, I know, when it's scorching in the USA how can I possibly look at a long-sleeved sweater? But it's so purty!

These both just look so nice and airy and cottony, and kind of remind me of something my mom would have worn when she was my age (and now!) And at $35 ....

........ and $38 they wouldn't bust the bank. Or so I like to think.

What do you think?

Love the long dress and the two short ones are cute too. As you say, it is very hard to look at anything with long sleeves when it is hitting 90, but I do like it too. Let me know if you want me to order any now that I owe you all the money for the strawberry thief!

Good idea :) could you order the dress in pewter in small and the tunic in the dusty shale striped print? I think the pink color might not be as flattering on me on second thought, what do you think?

Yes, I think you are right- you have a lot of pink in your skin.
