Seberg was an American actress from the 60s and 70s, popularised for her work in George Bernard Shaw's Saint Joan, 1957 (I need to rent it). By 1960 she was a cultural icon herself in France, influencing Parisian fashions. Her Hollywood performances, although never considered by Seberg herself to be of any consequence, were frequently stunning, and she was often compared to silent movie star Louise Brooks.
She died in 1979 of a barbiturates and alcohol overdose, she was found in the back of her car with a suicide note in her hand, stating "Forgive me. I can no longer live with my nerves."
I love her short hair cut and chic 60s style.
