I saw a much more simplified (completely wooden) version of this drafting table at an antiques fair on Tuesday. It was far too big, though I did contemplate it for awhile. Instead, I've decided that we are fully capable of making one...

I have always wanted one too. I remember that at one time (a long time ago) Ikea had one that was somewhat smaller.
