like mother like daughter

The older I get and slowly settle down, the more I realise that I am a lot like my mother and have been affected by her own tastes. 

Most recently is all of her Dansk cookware. I miss the colourful sauce pans, large cookpots, and wide paella-type pan.   Her teak handled cutlery are also wonderful.   Since I was little I remember taking the cutlery out of the sideboard for every birthday and Easter too.

Overall, Dansk wares are just so much more nice to look at than regular metal pans and pots.
