winogrand

Garry Winogrand was one of the first photographers that I fell in love with when I first started learning about photographers all those years ago.

He is most well-known for his street photography of the 1960s, and was influenced by Walker Evans, Robert Frank, and Cartier-Bresson.  His camera of choice was the Leica 35mm with a pre-focused wide angle lens.  I like his photos of crowds the most, somehow he is able to capture everyone's personalities in just one frame.
